POSTED: 10: 17 pm MST on December 13, 2010UPDATED: 8: 43 am MST 14 December 2010 DENVER - A Denver police officer caught on video surveillance was bullying a disabled woman is the center of two other allegations of abuse now in the Federal Court. Denver police confirmed the two officers who went to an apartment complex after a woman stated that she had been abused are Shawn Miller and George Gann. 7NEWS revealed that Miller faces other allegations of abuse. "It is really disgusting,"said Jason Graber, who has filed a civil lawsuit against Miller."" Graber said on 23 March 2008, he was leaving a nightclub in downtown and at the Adams Mark Hotel where he was staying for the night. He crossed Market Street near of the 16th Street Mall when he said that a car police sped down the street. "I thought that we would get overwritten at the beginning and I packed my hand and I was like,"Hey you see us?". STOP, "says Graber." "He turned to the 16th Street Mall, and he came running the car. (Miller) came behind me and me in the street. Two days later, records of the Tribunal, the officer performing similarly had a run-in with James Moore, a veteran of WWII Iraq. It occurred in front of the apartment Moore on Blake Street. The complaint stated that Miller met a noise complaint against Moore. "Moore was beaten so hard by Miller he flat lined the streets", said David Lane, a lawyer for Graber and Moore. Lane said that both disappear off the coast of radar service to the police, so that men chose to file civil lawsuits in Federal Court. "Denver has a long and sordid history withstand brutal police and nothing about it," said the Lane. If discovered by 7NEWS said lane is a third case against the same agent and the city of Denver.
